Can you believe it? School is ending already. I know it is very cliche to say, but it did go by very fast. Well, for me at least. Maybe not for others…but it has been another great year. With school ending, many of us have different things to look forward to. For me, it is boring stuff like a job, volunteer hours, SATs… yeah, I’m snoozing just thinking about it. There’s a lot of educational stuff that we can do, of course. But sometimes we need to actually relax and take a break from stuff…
Our school does have a lot of opportunities for us to keep us busy. But really, we should enjoy the summer! For me, I plan on hanging out with friends, family, oh, and traveling! New York City is one of my favorite places to casually visit with my family. The liveliness and city culture are always so fascinating to me. I always love staying until the sun sets…something about it fills me with serenity and peace. Honestly, whenever I think of the last few days of school, I think of New York City being shown in a beautiful sunset. It makes me feel at peace and thoughtful. You know, it allows me to reflect on the year I just experienced in school. It seems trivial, or rather corny, but the last few days of school have been making me feel sad. It has truly been an awesome year for m,e with meeting new people and loving my new teachers. It is like I do not want to let it go just yet.
