It is that time of year when we transition from the brisk fall into the cold winter. As we move into the season of winter, there is a lot to look forward to. Some of the things to look forward to are the upcoming holidays, winter break, and drinking hot cocoa with marshmallows. In the winter, the days get shorter and the nights get longer. Most importantly, winter is a season where we get to go into the New Year with the ones we love and try to do better in the next year.Â
One important thing we do as we go into the New Year is make resolutions. We essentially try to make promises on things we can do to better ourselves in the upcoming year. There are a few steps needed to make a successful resolution. The first step is to decide what you actually want to make a clear goal. This goal is related to something you want to improve upon. Then ask yourself why you want to improve upon this. After these steps, put the plan into action and try to live up to the promise of your resolution.
Enjoy the rest of your fall, and get ready for the start of your Winter.
