Thanksgiving brings together many foods, family, and different traditions. Thanksgiving is not just about the turkey and pumpkin pie, it’s about celebrating the fact that everyone is together. Thanksgiving is about traditions, old and new. It’s about togetherness and gratitude. People watch parades, play games, and spend time with family, making delicious foods with recipes that have been used for years from generation to generation. Every small moment during these celebrations is what makes Thanksgiving so great. Having everyone around one table, doing things with everyone involved, is what this holiday is for. Thanksgiving is meant to build bonds, traditions, and carry these forward for the next generations. Thanksgiving is for gratitude for the things in a person’s life, whether it be objects, people, or the bonds a person can form with their family and friends. Happy Thanksgiving!
