Grant Me My Starving Wish

Please grant me a wish or two
My first wish is that I want to try something new
Something that is nutritional
Something that is drinkable
I was on this island for days there was no bodies of liquid that taste sweet
So my second wish is to have something to eat, clothes on my body, and shoes on my feet
It would be sweet
As these long days go by I think I am starting to die
It’s something I want to deny
If my wishes come true it would be bittersweet as I just want something to eat!
