It sounds strange, yes, but mash up some chickpeas, mix in avocado, red onion, garlic, any spices you’d like, then spread it on a wrap, toast, your bread of choice, and you have got a protein-packed, delicious lunch.

This cookie has got to be the easiest recipe out there. All you need are bananas and quick oats. You can add any additional toppings such as chocolate chips, dried fruit, peanut butter, or cinnamon, but, in the end, this is the quickest recipe to have a healthy and delicious energy snack.
